If you receive the wrong product or the wrong shade.
In such cases, you will be required to send the incorrect item back to us first. Once we receive it, we will dispatch the correct product or shade to you free of cost.
We carefully check and pack each item before dispatch. Once the parcel is handed over to the logistics company, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.
No exchanges will be entertained for reasons other than those mentioned above.
